The HT-5R is compact in size and emits a full, warm tone - it is perfect for practising or laying down tracks in the studio. Despite the HT-5R's minimal proportions, it delivers a very impactful sound. Even when pushed to its limits, it stays vibrant and clear.

As well as the classic British valve warmth, the sharp American style tone is offered up by the 12BH7 valve. A powerful voicing system allows for huge tonal variety. You'll always have the right tone for the job. All you must do is tap the footswitch, for massive gains in sound and diversification in tone. Cleans, overdrives, whatever your style, it all sounds incredible.

The USB and XLR outputs mean you can get studio quality recording straight into your production system and a handy power switch that reduces the power to 10 gives you the same Blackstar quality but at a lower volume. The perfect practice amp - housed in a boutique design and constructed with care.
