Tonally, the combination of a split-coil neck pickup and single-coil bridge pickup gives you loads to work with. The split-coil brings the weight, punch and warmth you'd expect from a classic P-style sound, while the bridge pickup can add extra definition and bite. Individual pickup volume controls and a Master Tone make blending the two quick and intuitive, and everything is completely passive – no batteries required.
