The Squier Limited Edition FSR Classic Vibe Bass VI is a striking revival of one of Fender’s most unique instruments, presented here in a dazzling Tahitian Coral finish that practically glows under stage lights. A true hybrid between guitar and bass, the Bass VI offers six strings tuned an octave below standard guitar, giving you the extended low-end range of a bass with the chordal and melodic possibilities of a guitar. The body is crafted from poplar, keeping it light and resonant, while the gloss finish adds a dash of retro flair. The C-shaped maple neck is smooth and familiar, topped with a laurel fingerboard carrying 21 narrow tall frets and a 30" short scale—perfect for easy playability and that distinct Bass VI character.

Tone comes courtesy of three Fender-designed Alnico single-coil pickups, delivering a bright, punchy voice with plenty of definition across the extended range. The traditional control layout of three pickup on/off switches, a bass-cut switch, master volume, and tone knob gives you endless tonal combinations, from deep, dub-like lows to shimmering, guitar-like highs.
