The Pedals Never Cease their Glorious Deliverance!

Mmmmmhmmmmm

As ever, there isn't much point in me getting in the way.

The man knows. The Doctor of Distortion, The Dean of Delay, is gonna take us places. Places we wanna go.

Let's go.

The Pedals

Electro Harmonix Hell Melter Distortion Pedal:  Yep, you read right. CHAINSAW distortion is back, and hotter than ever!

Based on a 1980's classic (the Boss HM2), this is Electro Harmonix's new and improved version, loaded with powerful EQ's, a Dry Cut dial, a knee-rattling Boost and to top it off, it's even got a Gate dial for when you're about actually set your rig on fire through overload!

Pound for pound, bone for bone, tone for tone, you can't beat this juiced up and versatiled HM-2 style pedal! It's far easier to dial in other tones besides the maxed out Swedish death metal that its predecessors were known for, with so much tonal options onboard. Also, doomers will love juicing this with a Rat, or the Hell Melter itself juicing a Metal Muff or Big Muff, with the stand alone Chainsaw distortion more than capable of cutting through the densest of frequency forestry!

EHX really hit the extreme metal ball outta the park with this one. Pop in to try one today, or shop here!

Electro Harmonix Lizard Queen Octave Fuzz Pedal:  So. What is a Lizard Queen, I hear you ask. It's a funny story. Oh, sorry, it's a really cool Octave/Distortion pedal that sounds like a fuzz from the 1970's, with a really interesting Octave Up knob that lets to blend the "octave" (the quotes are to highlight my suspicions of what exactly constitutes for "octave" here) rather than just activate it with a traditional ON/OFF footswitch.

Anyways, I digress! Back to the story of how the Lizard Queen came about:

Designed by pedal enthusiast and historian Josh Scott of JHS Pedals, and graphic designer, Daniel Danger as a homage to Electro-Harmonix in what Josh and Daniel consider the company’s design heyday of the 1970's, they jokingly remarked when discussing that it'd be a dream come true to see EHX build it one day. Less than a year later, Mike Matthews, the founder of Electro-Harmonix, has answered their prayers, and built Josh and Daniel’s vintage-inspired, reptile-themed pedal, and put it into production as a JHS collaboration! The Lizard Queen is now a full-fledged Electro-Harmonix creation, available for you to own. Like a pedal discovered from the 1970's, that never existed in the first place!

It's one big Bill and Ted "WOAH" moment.
