The Shure Beta 98H/C miniature instrument microphone is a small condenser mic with a flexible integrated gooseneck and a clip-on clamp, making it perfect for brass, percussion and woodwind instruments. Secure fitting and precise positioning makes this microphone perfect for on live performance or studio work. 

The Beta 98H/C has a tailored frequency response of 20Hz - 20kHz, giving open, natural sound reproduction, and a high maximum sound pressure level of 132dB to handle the demands of brass, woodwind and percussion. It features transformerless preamplifier circuitry to improve linearity across the full frequency range.  The microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern, providing high gain before feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted noise.

It comes with a 3m high-flex cable with attached preamplifier requiring phantom power.
