Built around a solid A+ Sitka spruce top, independently selected and graded for clarity and responsiveness, the ALJ2CE delivers impressive articulation and dynamic range. Sitka gives you crisp highs and clean projection, while the African mahogany back and sides add warmth and depth without overwhelming the natural clarity of the top.

Small-bodied guitars can sometimes lean toward boxy or muddy voicings — not here. Thanks to Alvarez’s FS6 forward-shifted bracing system and cleverly designed body proportions, the Little Jumbo produces a balanced, open tone with surprising volume for its size.
