Alvarez AC65 Artist Series Solid Top Classical

Alvarez AC65 Artist Series Solid Top Classical

The Alvarez AC65 is a traditionally built classical guitar designed to deliver warmth, balance and clarity across all six strings. Constructed with traditional fan bracing, it offers even string response and articulate projection, making it ideal for fingerstyle players and classical technique alike.

At its core is a solid A+ Western Red Cedar top, independently selected and graded to ensure premium quality. Cedar is renowned for its warm, open voice and quick responsiveness, giving the AC65 a rich tonal character with excellent dynamic sensitivity. Whether you’re playing delicate passages or expressive melodies, it responds with clarity and depth.

The African Mahogany back and sides complement the cedar top with warmth and stability, while Alvarez’s meticulous approach to bracing, voicing and construction ensures the perfect balance between strength and resonance. The result is a guitar that feels alive and inspiring in your hands.

A mahogany neck joins the body at the traditional 12th fret, maintaining classical proportions and feel. The Indian Laurel fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, chrome-plated tuners with black buttons, and gloss top with semi-gloss back and sides complete a refined, elegant aesthetic.

Fitted with D’Addario EXP46N nylon strings, the AC65 is ready to perform straight away with smooth playability and dependable tuning stability.

Available at Musicmaker, the Alvarez AC65 is an excellent choice for students, progressing players and experienced musicians seeking a warm, responsive classical guitar built with care and quality tonewoods.
