Alvarez AC65ce Artist Series Solid Top Classical

Alvarez AC65ce Artist Series Solid Top Classical

A traditional classical voice with modern stage-ready performance. The Alvarez AC65ce combines time-honoured classical construction with professional-grade electronics, delivering warmth, balance and clarity both acoustically and amplified. Built with traditional fan bracing, it ensures even response and tonal consistency across all six strings.

At its heart is a solid A+ Western Red Cedar top, independently selected and graded to guarantee quality and responsiveness. Cedar’s naturally warm, open character makes it ideal for fingerstyle playing, offering quick attack, smooth projection and expressive dynamics. The African Mahogany back and sides complement this beautifully, adding depth, stability and warmth to the overall voice.

The African Mahogany neck joins the body at the 12th fret, maintaining authentic classical feel and proportions. An Indian Laurel fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and chrome-plated tuners with black buttons complete the refined, understated aesthetic. The gloss top and semi-gloss back and sides enhance both resonance and visual appeal.

For live performance and recording, the AC65ce is fitted with the LR Baggs StagePro Bronze system, a reliable and natural-sounding pickup and preamp featuring onboard EQ and a built-in tuner. It delivers clear, articulate amplified tone while preserving the guitar’s warm acoustic character.

Strung with D’Addario EXP46N nylon strings, the AC65ce offers smooth playability and dependable tuning straight out of the case.

Available from Musicmaker, the Alvarez AC65ce is an excellent choice for players seeking a traditional classical instrument with modern versatility built in.
