Percussion Plus Wak-a-Tube C Major Scale Treble Octave Set
Percussion Plus Wak-a-Tube C Major Scale Treble Octave Set
Wak-a-Tubes are vibrant percussion instruments crafted from assorted lengths of plastic tubing. They offer a delightful and accessible playing experience for musicians of any age – simply tap them against a solid surface, clash them together, or arrange them on a flat area and strike them with mallets.
Playing Wak-a-Tubes in a group fosters teamwork and ensemble skills, all while enjoying the sheer joy of making music. It's no wonder they're a hit in schools!
Typically, longer tubes produce lower pitches. Experimenting with dynamics and tone is part of the fun – try varying the surface you strike them against and the force of your hit. And rest assured, they're virtually indestructible!
The full range of tubes covers a complete chromatic scale spanning 2 octaves (from C3 to C5), but when combined with Wak-a-Caps, you can extend this down an additional octave (to C2).
