EBS Valve Drive DI Professional Bass Tube Preamp

EBS Valve Drive DI Professional Bass Tube Preamp

The EBS Valve Drive DI is a powerhouse of tone, delivering the warmth and grit of a genuine tube preamp with the versatility modern bassists demand. Whether you're looking for classic vintage warmth, dynamic tube overdrive, or all-out distortion, this pedal provides it all in a rugged, roadworthy chassis.

At the heart of the EBS Valve Drive DI is a real 12AX7 tube, adding that unmistakable valve character to your bass sound. Unlike many tube pedals that simply emulate valve warmth, this preamp delivers the real thing—organic harmonics, touch-sensitive dynamics, and a natural compression that sits beautifully in any mix.

Designed for professional use, the Valve Drive DI features a built-in balanced XLR output, making it an excellent choice for studio recording or live gigs where you need to send your signal straight to the mixing desk. With its true bypass functionality, you can rest assured that your signal remains pure when the pedal is not engaged. The three-band EQ allows for precise tone shaping, while the Gain and Volume controls give you everything from subtle tube fatness to aggressive growl.

Whether you're using it as a standalone preamp, a drive pedal in your effects chain, or a direct recording tool, the EBS Valve Drive DI brings that unmistakable warmth and punch that only a real tube can provide. It's a must-have for bassists who crave rich, dynamic, and powerful tone.

If you want to add real tube warmth to your bass rig with the reliability of a modern DI solution, the EBS Valve Drive DI is a serious tool for serious bassists.
