Manuel Rodriguez ACADEMIA AC60 C 4/4 Classical Guitar

Manuel Rodriguez ACADEMIA AC60 C 4/4 Classical Guitar

The ACADEMIA series by Manuel Rodríguez introduces a significant innovation in guitar craftsmanship – the inclusion of the original Spanish heel, a hallmark of royal-class guitar making.

In this unique construction method, the single-piece neck seamlessly extends into the body, forming a direct connection with the sides, back, and top of the guitar. This not only guarantees exceptional stability but also enhances vibration transmission, resulting in faster response times and prolonged sustain. It's essentially the heart of a Spanish guitar.

The ACADEMIA series consists of four versions, all in 4/4 size, each distinguished by its exquisite ornamentation and choice of materials for the top and sides. The decision between them ultimately comes down to your personal preference, which you should ideally see, hear, and experience to make the best choice.

All ACADEMIA instruments are meticulously handcrafted in Europe and come with noteworthy features that are quite exceptional within this affordable price range. These features include a mahogany neck with an Ovangkol fingerboard, nut and bridge inlays expertly crafted from oiled vintage bone, and a water-based, eco-friendly high-gloss varnish.

A standout feature common to all Manuel Rodríguez 4/4 guitars is the GEWA armrest, offering two significant advantages: its rounded shape provides an exceptionally comfortable playing experience and allows the guitar top to resonate freely across its entire surface, preventing any damping caused by the right arm resting on it.

In terms of sound quality, the factory-wound German-made Hannabach 815HTC strings add the perfect finishing touch to this series.
