Music Nomad MN286 Guitar Pedal Cleaning and Care Kit - 12 Pce.
The Music Nomad MN286 Guitar Pedal Cleaning & Care Kit (12-Piece) is the kind of kit that makes you realise just how much better your pedalboard can look, feel, and sound with a bit of proper care. It’s not just about keeping things tidy — it’s about protecting your tone, improving reliability, and extending the life of your gear.
Built as a complete maintenance solution, this kit covers everything from hardware adjustments to deep electronic cleaning, making it ideal for players who want their setup working flawlessly at all times.
At the heart of it is the multi-tool hex wrench and screwdriver set, which is far more useful than you might expect. With a wide range of common hex sizes (8mm–15mm and 1/2"), plus Phillips, flat-head, and Allen keys, it’s perfect for tightening jacks, pots, switches, and even opening pedals when needed. It’s one of those tools that ends up living permanently in your gig bag.
Then there’s the electronics side. The JackPot Contact Cleaner with Deoxit® is a proper problem-solver — designed to remove oxidation, eliminate crackle, and restore clean signal flow. If you’ve ever dealt with scratchy pots or intermittent connections, this is exactly what you want on hand.
To go with it, the ergonomic jack & pot cleaning brush lets you clean inside those tricky areas without flooding your pedal, lifting out dirt and debris safely and effectively.
For the outside of your pedals, the Guitar Pedal Detailer keeps everything looking sharp. It works across metal, plastic, and rubber, removing fingerprints, dust, and grime without leaving residue. Pair that with the microfibre suede cloth — packed with 90,000 microfibres per square inch — and you’ve got a scratch-free, professional finish every time.
This is the kind of kit that quietly becomes essential. Once you’ve cleaned and tightened everything properly, your pedalboard just feels… better. Quieter, smoother, more reliable.
It’s also exactly the sort of thing that comes up in conversation in Musicmaker when someone mentions noisy jacks or loose hardware — a simple fix that makes a big difference.
