Planet Waves Humidipak Absorb De-Humidification System
Planet Waves Humidipak Absorb De-Humidification System
When humidity rises, your instrument’s stability and tone can quickly suffer—tops swell, action changes, glue joints loosen, and tuning becomes unreliable. The Planet Waves Humidipak Absorb System is a precision-engineered solution designed to remove excess moisture from within your instrument case, maintaining a safe and balanced internal climate for your acoustic or wooden-bodied instrument.
Using patented two-way humidity control technology developed by Boveda, this system not only removes unwanted moisture but helps regulate it, maintaining a consistent 45–50% relative humidity. There’s no refilling, no daily monitoring, and no guesswork—just consistent protection, silently working away inside your case.
Perfect for humid climates, tour vans, damp practice rooms, or players storing instruments in high-moisture environments, this is the kind of “set it and forget it” tech that makes a real difference over time. Whether you’re safeguarding a high-end acoustic or just want your workhorse guitar to stay in top shape, this system adds an invisible layer of security.
At Musicmaker, we recommend the Humidipak Absorb to anyone storing or transporting instruments in humid conditions, particularly during warmer Irish months or summer tours. It’s a smart, low-maintenance way to protect what matters most—your sound.
