Vater 2BN Nylon Tip
Vater 2BN Nylon Tip
For drummers who mean business behind the kit, the Vater 2BN Nylon Tip drumsticks are a force to be reckoned with. Thick, strong, and precision-balanced, these sticks are designed for power, endurance, and crystal-clear articulation—making them a go-to choice for rockers, metalheads, marching players, and anyone who doesn’t believe in holding back.
At 16.25 inches long and boasting a beefy 0.635-inch diameter, these are among the chunkiest sticks in Vater’s lineup. They offer commanding weight and added reach, giving you maximum punch and control across your entire setup. Whether you're powering through double-kick patterns or delivering rim-rattling backbeats, these sticks help you dig deep and stay in control.
The nylon tip brings an added layer of clarity—especially useful when you need cymbals to sparkle and cut through a wall of sound. It's ideal for outdoor playing, amplified performances, and high-volume gigs where articulation mustn’t get lost in the mix. Plus, the nylon tip increases durability, making these sticks perfect for players who go through gear like water.
Despite their size, the 2BNs are surprisingly well-balanced, with a weight-forward feel that gives every stroke purpose and momentum. If you’ve been breaking sticks mid-set or finding your regular pair lacking in firepower, this might just be the stick you didn’t know you needed.
