Wolf 1687C Shoulder Rest Violin Forte Secondo 1/2 - 1/4
Wolf 1687C Shoulder Rest Violin Forte Secondo 1/2 - 1/4
Secure, adjustable comfort for developing violinists. The Wolf 1687C Forte Secondo Shoulder Rest is a dependable, well-designed support for 1/2 and 1/4 size violins, offering young players the comfort and stability they need to develop good posture and confident technique. Designed by Wolf — a long-trusted name in orchestral accessories — this shoulder rest strikes an excellent balance between adjustability, comfort and durability.
The Forte Secondo features a curved, ergonomic design that sits comfortably on the shoulder, helping the violin feel secure without excessive pressure. Height and angle can be adjusted easily, allowing teachers, parents and students to fine-tune the fit as the player grows. This encourages a relaxed playing position, reducing tension in the neck and shoulders and making longer practice sessions far more comfortable.
Built with sturdy metal construction and reliable rubber feet, the Wolf 1687C stays firmly in place while protecting the violin’s varnish. It’s a practical, no-nonsense shoulder rest that supports proper playing habits from an early stage — exactly the kind of accessory we’re always happy to recommend here at Musicmaker for students and teachers alike.
