LP 592A Small Claw for Mic
LP 592A Small Claw for Mic
The LP 592A Small Claw for Mic is one of those bits of hardware you don’t think about — until you need it, and then it becomes essential. Simple, solid, and incredibly useful, it’s designed to mount a microphone exactly where you need it without cluttering your setup.
This compact claw-style clamp attaches securely to drum hardware or percussion stands, giving you a stable mounting point for a microphone. It’s perfect for situations where a full mic stand just gets in the way — tight stages, busy percussion rigs, or compact drum setups.
Despite its small size, it’s built like a proper piece of LP hardware. The solid construction and strong grip keep everything firmly in place, even during energetic performances. Once it’s tightened down, it stays put — no slipping, no fuss.
It’s especially handy for miking percussion instruments like bongos, congas, cajons or small auxiliary pieces, but it works just as well in drum kit setups where you want a cleaner, more streamlined layout.
At Musicmaker, this is the kind of tool we’d recommend to anyone looking to tidy up their mic placement and make their setup more efficient. It’s not flashy, but it solves a real problem — and does it well.
