Evans Genera HD Dry Coated Head - 13"
Evans Genera HD Dry Drum Head - 13"
Precision, control, and clarity—the Evans Genera HD Dry Drum Head – 13” is designed for drummers who demand a crisp, articulate snare sound with minimal overtones. Whether you're laying down tight backbeats or intricate ghost notes, this drumhead delivers a focused, punchy response that sits perfectly in any mix.
Built with dual-ply construction, the Genera HD Dry features an outer 5mil layer and an inner 7.5mil layer, striking the perfect balance between durability and tonal control. A 2mil floating overtone control ring on the underside of the drumhead keeps excess resonance in check, allowing for a tight, controlled sound that cuts through without unwanted ring.
One of its standout features is the precision-drilled dry vents around the edge of the head. These small holes eliminate stray harmonics, further tightening the sound and giving the drumhead its signature "dry" character. The result is a fat, punchy tone with a quick decay, making it an excellent choice for rock, funk, pop, and studio recording.
Evans' Level 360 Technology ensures a perfect fit on the drum shell, making tuning easier and expanding the drum's tonal range. If you're looking for a responsive, durable, and controlled snare drumhead that delivers a consistent, professional sound, the Genera HD Dry is the perfect choice.
