Gibraltar 5706EX Medium Double Braced Concert Snare Stand
Gibraltar 5706EX Medium Double Braced Concert Snare Stand
Stable support for concert and orchestral performance. The Gibraltar 5706EX Medium Double Braced Concert Snare Stand is designed specifically for concert, orchestral and marching-style snare drums. Built with Gibraltar’s trusted hardware quality, this stand offers the strength, stability and adjustability required for performance settings where precision and reliability matter most.
Unlike standard drum kit snare stands, the 5706EX is tailored to accommodate deeper concert snare drums, providing secure support without compromising positioning. The basket design holds the drum firmly in place while allowing the shell to resonate naturally — essential for achieving full tonal projection in ensemble or orchestral settings.
The double-braced tripod base delivers excellent stability, ensuring the drum remains steady during dynamic playing passages. Whether in a concert band, wind ensemble, school performance or theatre pit, this stand is built to handle consistent use.
Height adjustment is smooth and secure, allowing players to find the ideal ergonomic playing position. The medium-height design makes it versatile for seated concert players while remaining compact enough for controlled stage setups.
Durable, dependable and purpose-built, the Gibraltar 5706EX is a solid choice for percussionists who need a reliable stand for concert and orchestral snare applications.
It’s exactly the kind of practical, performance-focused hardware that serious percussionists appreciate when selecting gear at Musicmaker.
