Smooth response. Solid feel. Built to last. The Gibraltar 5711S Single Bass Drum Pedal is a reliable, no-nonsense pedal designed for drummers who want consistency, durability and smooth action without overcomplication. Whether you’re building your first kit, upgrading from entry-level hardware or simply need a dependable spare, this pedal delivers performance you can trust.
Built around Gibraltar’s reputation for rugged hardware, the 5711S features a single-chain drive system, offering a balanced feel with responsive attack and solid control. It provides enough resistance for dynamic playing while remaining smooth underfoot — ideal for rock, pop, funk or rehearsal work.
The dual-surface beater gives you tonal flexibility straight away. Switch between a punchier attack or a warmer feel depending on the sound you’re chasing, making it adaptable across different styles and drum setups.
A stable base plate and adjustable components allow you to fine-tune the pedal to suit your playing style. The adjustable spring tension ensures you can dial in everything from lighter, faster response to a firmer, more powerful stroke.
Designed with durability in mind, the Gibraltar 5711S is built to handle regular gigging, rehearsals and studio use. It’s straightforward, solid and ready for action — exactly what a good kick pedal should be.
