The Quiklok SMS/001 Universal Smartphone Holder is one of those brilliantly simple accessories that quickly becomes part of the permanent gigging setup. Designed to attach directly to a microphone stand, it puts your phone exactly where you can see it — ideal for lyrics, chord charts, setlists, backing tracks, music apps, livestreaming or filming a performance without balancing an expensive smartphone somewhere deeply questionable.

The spring-loaded holder accommodates smartphones from 51mm to 85mm wide, with soft rubber contact pads helping to hold the device securely without damaging its edges. A 140mm flexible gooseneck arm gives you plenty of freedom to position the screen, while the rear joint allows the holder to tilt up and down and rotate through 360°, making portrait and landscape positioning quick and easy.

Mounting is equally straightforward. The integrated clamp attaches to microphone-stand tubing up to 30mm in diameter, so you can add the SMS/001 to an existing vocal setup without introducing another stand to an already crowded stage. Even better, the smartphone cradle can be removed from the flexible arm and mounted directly to a standard 5/8-inch microphone thread when a more compact arrangement makes sense.
