Remo 10" Ambassador Clear
Remo 10" Ambassador Clear
The Remo 10" Ambassador Clear is one of the most recorded and widely used drum heads ever made, and for good reason. Simple, versatile, and incredibly musical, it has been a staple of drum kits for generations. While many drummers choose it as a batter head, it truly shines as a resonant head, allowing your tom to breathe, sing, and project with maximum clarity.
Constructed from a single ply of 10-mil clear film, the Ambassador Clear delivers an open, resonant tone with excellent sustain and sensitivity. As a tom resonant head, it helps bring out the natural character of the shell, enhancing sustain, attack, and tonal depth while maintaining a balanced, controlled response across a wide tuning range.
Whether you're tuning for vintage warmth, modern punch, jazz articulation, or arena-sized rock tones, the Ambassador Clear provides a reliable foundation that works with virtually any batter head combination. Its consistency and responsiveness have made it a favourite among drummers, drum builders, and recording engineers alike.
Sometimes the most iconic products are the simplest, and the Ambassador Clear remains a perfect example of that philosophy. Decades after its introduction, it's still the benchmark by which countless resonant heads are judged.
