Sire Basses P5 Series Marcus Miller Alder 4-string Passive Bass - Dakota Red

Meet the Sire Marcus Miller P5, a stunning addition to the Marcus Miller bass lineup. This precision-inspired powerhouse combines vintage vibes with contemporary craftsmanship, delivering iconic looks, rock-solid construction, and rich, punchy tones from its middle-mounted split-coil pickup. Whether you're grooving on stage or laying down tracks in the studio, the P5 is the perfect blend of classic design and modern versatility — all at an unbeatable price.

Classic Alder Body for Balanced Tone

Crafted from North American Alder, the P5’s body offers a tight, focused sound with vibrant upper mids that cut through any mix. Its ergonomic belly cut ensures maximum comfort during long performances, making this bass a dependable choice for gigs and sessions alike.

Premium Roasted Maple Neck

Elevating its vintage aesthetic, the P5 boasts a roasted Maple neck — a feature typically reserved for premium instruments. The roasting process removes moisture from the tonewood, enhancing stability and resistance to environmental changes. This ensures consistent tuning and a luxurious, high-end appearance.

Unmatched Playability

Designed for effortless playability, the P5 features a comfortable C-shaped neck profile that feels equally inviting to modern and traditional players. Rolled fingerboard edges make every fret smooth and seamless, offering an unparalleled playing experience.

Marcus Vintage-Precision Revolution Pickup

At the heart of the P5 is the 'Marcus Vintage-Precision Revolution' split-coil pickup, delivering that iconic P-bass tone — full, thick, and packed with vintage warmth. Whether you’re laying down smooth grooves or driving a rock anthem, this pickup offers dynamic, balanced tones that suit any style.

Pro-Grade Hardware

Sire has pulled out all the stops with the P5's hardware. A sleek 'Vintage-S' bridge enhances resonance and sustain, giving each note piano-like clarity. Meanwhile, the 'Premium Open-Gear' tuners ensure precise tuning and a retro-modern aesthetic that complements this bass's timeless vibe.

The Sire Marcus Miller P5 isn’t just a bass; it’s a statement piece. With its vintage-inspired design, top-notch components, and unparalleled affordability, it’s a must-have for players who want a bass that looks, feels, and sounds like a dream.
