Squier Sonic Bronco Bass, Laurel Fingerboard, Daphne Blue

Squier Sonic Bronco Bass, Laurel Fingerboard, Daphne Blue

Short scale comfort with punchy, no-fuss tone. The Squier Sonic Bronco Bass is all about accessibility, comfort and classic Fender-inspired style — and in Daphne Blue, it looks effortlessly cool while doing it. With its short scale feel and streamlined controls, this is a bass that makes playing fun and approachable from the first note.

Featuring a 30-inch short scale length, the Bronco Bass offers a slightly looser string feel and reduced reach between frets, making it ideal for beginners, younger players or guitarists crossing over to bass. It’s also a brilliant choice for experienced players who want a compact, lightweight instrument for rehearsals or travel.

The single-coil pickup delivers clear, focused low-end punch with a touch of vintage bite. It’s simple — one pickup, volume and tone control — but that simplicity is part of the charm. You get solid, usable tones for rock, indie, pop and practice sessions without any overcomplication.

The laurel fingerboard adds warmth to the tone and a smooth playing surface, while the slim, comfortable neck profile makes it easy to move around the fretboard. The lightweight body keeps things balanced and manageable, whether you’re standing up with a strap or practising at home.

Finished in classic Daphne Blue, this Bronco Bass has serious retro appeal. It’s bright, stylish and unmistakably Fender-inspired — the kind of colour that turns heads without trying too hard.

Simple, playable and packed with personality, the Squier Sonic Bronco Bass is a fantastic entry into the world of bass — and a fun addition to any collection.
