The Remo Pinstripe® Coated (13″) is a drumhead built to tighten up your tone, not mess with it. Made from two plies of 7‑mil Mylar film, with an internal overtone‑reducing stripe between the layers, this head gives you more control, more attack, and less wild ring.

You’ll get a warm bottom end and solid midrange punch, while the coating adds a soft articulation for sticks, brushes, or mallets. It’s ideal for toms or snares in styles like rock, pop, or R&B — anywhere you want presence without excessive sustain. The internal “pinstripe” control ring tames high overtones and helps the head tune faster and stay tighter.
